  • A great fantasy novel from the heart, appeals to all ages

    I read this book at the recommendation of a friend and LOVED it. My 6 year old daughter was curious about what I had been reading, so I read it out loud to her when I had finished. She loved it too and each time we would read, she would beg for one more chapter. The Water Tree Way is a fantasy book about courage, humility, adaptability, friendship, gratitude, interconnectedness, and above all things, love. It appeals to all ages, and I especially like the strong female protagonist character. 5 stars!

    I loved this book and will read it again. If I had kids at home I'd read it to them, however, since they're grown I will recommend it. I knew before I picked it up that it would be inspirational, I just hadn't figured on how timely and pertinent it would also be. What better way to get your message across than through a story, especially one that is so imaginative and well written.

    It doesn't matter your age (I am 31), this book will make you remember that life is simple, if we chose to make it. It makes you remember that life is beautiful, if you chose to see it.
